Your sketches stay yours

In short: CreasePad doesn't collect, store or share any personal data. There's no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you draw stays on your device.

What CreasePad stores, and where

Your notebooks, pages, drawings, imported PDFs and settings (such as tool colours, sizes and your desk background) are saved only on your device, inside CreasePad's own storage. We never receive a copy. If you delete the app, iOS deletes this data with it. Books you delete inside the app wait in Recently Deleted for 30 days, then are removed for good.

What CreasePad collects

Nothing. CreasePad has no server and doesn't send any data to us or to anyone else. It contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising code, and it doesn't track you across apps or websites.

Sharing and exporting

When you share or export a page, a notebook or a PDF, CreasePad hands the file to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes next, for example Messages, Mail, Files or another app, is your choice, and is covered by that app's own privacy policy.

If you save a page to Photos, iOS asks for your permission first. CreasePad only adds images; it never reads your photo library.

Purchases

CreasePad Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple processes the payment, and CreasePad only learns whether Pro is unlocked on your Apple Account. We don't receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

iCloud sync

iCloud sync isn't available yet. When it arrives, your notebooks will be stored in your own private iCloud account, which we can't read, and this policy will be updated before it does.

Children

CreasePad is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data at all, it collects none from children.

This website

creasepad.app uses no cookies, analytics or third-party fonts or scripts. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs aren't used to identify you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. A change that collects any data would appear here before it reaches the app.
