How can we help?

Tap a book on the desk to open it. Pinch your fingers together on an open book to close it. On iPhone Duo, folding the phone open opens the book, and closing the phone closes it.

Swipe across an open book. The page follows your finger, so you can stop halfway and peek.

Tap a page to bring it to full screen. Pinch out to put it back in the book and turn to another page.

The demo books are there to look through. Make a notebook of your own with + → New book on the desk. You can remove the demo books in Settings, and they don't count towards your three free notebooks.

Tap a tool in the tray to pick it up, then tap it again for five sizes. Tap a colour above the tools to change the tool you're holding. Each tool remembers its own colour and size.

Tap + at the end of the colours. Pick any colour, or tap Pick from page and drag over your drawing to lift a colour straight off it. To remove a colour, press and hold it.

Turn on the ruler in the tray, move it with two fingers, and draw along its edge. Or draw a line, circle, rectangle or triangle and hold still at the end. It snaps into a clean shape when you lift.

Tap with three fingers to undo, and with two to redo. The arrows at the left of the tray do the same.

Swipe down on the tray, or tap the handle at its top. It folds into a small bubble you can press, hold and drag anywhere. Tap the bubble to bring the tray back.

Once CreasePad has seen your Apple Pencil, fingers stop drawing. To choose for yourself, open the ••• menu in the tray and turn Draw with finger on or off.

On the desk, tap + → Add a PDF and choose a file. It becomes a book you can draw on.

Use the share button on an open book, or ••• → Share pages in the tray. A PDF you added is shared back as a PDF with your drawings on it. Your own books are shared as images, or as a CreasePad book file someone else can open in CreasePad.

Deleted books wait in Settings → Recently Deleted for 30 days. Open it and restore the book.

Unlimited notebooks. iCloud sync and collaboration are on the way, and will come to Pro when they're ready. Pro is one payment, yours to keep.

Nothing. Your three notebooks stay readable, editable and exportable for good. Pro is only needed to make a fourth.

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If a parent approves purchases with Ask to Buy, Pro unlocks once they say yes.

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
